burnout and the lack of time as well as energy have also led me to delete my skincare newsletter too. after some thoughts, i decided to only keep my rather-personal substack where i talk about the mundanes and films instead. i guess my point is, whatever you decide (whether it's to take breaks or pushing out easier content like recommendation lists) will always be beautiful imo. i'm all about recharging one's energy, so if taking a loooooong break is the way to go, then i will definitely vouch for that. it's a little ironic to hear myself say this, since i find it difficult to be kind to myself and take breaks too :))
nevertheless, i'll always wait for new TF newsletter in my inbox no matter how long it takes.
i think recommendation list type of entries are super fun and cool, but only do it when you feel like it! i personally don't believe in pushing out content for the sake of views, therefore do take your time and rest!
looking forward to future TF newsletters in my inbox and take care! <3
I forgot to mention; Tillamook ice cream is only available in Kroger market in my area. I have never shopped there, the adventure of finding the ice cream will be credited to you! I have been eating Jeni's ice cream which was a splurge than normal but it was so good. Got it at Wholefoods when they had 35% for frozen treats.
I love when there's a good sale on ice cream/frozen treats! Any type of frozen dessert is usually a little splurge for us, haha! I can't wait to hear what you think. Tillamook is from Oregon and they're my favorite brand of ice cream!
I took the poll yesterday, but would like to make this comment also: We're already past the middle of this month, so you'd be taking less than a month off. For my part, you could take a full month off, or more. I think recharging your batteries is more important; I'm happy to wait until you're ready to return and am looking forward to the makeup video when you do!

Thank you, Élise! It's not ironic at all; advice is always easier shared than done. It's the same with me!
I'm glad you did something about your burnout. There will always be time in the future if you ever want to bring your skincare newsletter back too!
I hope you're taking care of yourself, and thank you for your kindness and patience for when the newsletter returns 🖤
Dear Maggie, sending my love and hugs to you! Take the rest you need, rest is power!

Thanks for taking the poll, D! It's so lovely to hear that you're okay with waiting. I am excited to share the makeup video hopefully when I return!
Have similarly found myself in tough times. Recharge and harness <3
Thanks, Annie! Wishing the same for you 🖤
