Weeeeee I think Stark might be on my list to try in 2021 thanks to you 🤣🤣 Everything sounds lovely!! I've always been curious about Everlasting the most, and it sounds like a unique product offering in the beauty space. And a favorite gel cleanser?! I'm so happy to hear this!! All of the scents sound dynamic and unique, isn't that what we all crave? Thank you for sharing your impressions of these, Maggie!! Also, I usually fear any Horror-genre titles lmao, but one of my best friends is a Horror fanatic, so I'll be passing this list on to her! As always, this was such a poetic read, Maggie!! ❤️
It's so good!!! I'm so happy with my skincare routine right now because of it, and I deeply love Eclipse. Favorite gel cleanser indeed. I think Everlasting is especially unique in the green beauty space because it's aqueous. Almost all serums have oil in them or are a gel-like/thicker texture. Love the ease yet powerful qualities of Everlasting! And thank you for passing this list along; I hope she finds some old favorites and some new ones! Thank you for reading, as always, sweet Olivia!
I love reading the breakdown of Stark Skincare. I want to try their facial oils and balm the most, I've always thought that their gel cleanser and tonic might be too active for my skin but after reading your description, they sound dreamy! I love how you have broken down the scents as well because scents are always a make or break for me. I also feel a similar way about Everlasting the effect on the skin is so instant but the scent is a little too intense for me. I have worn it in the evening only and what I noticed the most is the moisture level on my skin which definitely contributed to the overall skin balance and glow. I'm so thankful you let me try Everlasting. I have also learned that Jess is reformulating the products, curious about how the change will feel!
Yay for horror movies. Your list made me want to rewatch some of my favorite horror movies for sure; which also made me realize that it's so hard to pick just that one horror because it's all so different. My big faves on that list are It Follows and Don't Breathe. They're a bit different than most horror I succumb to watch (ghosts, serial killers, psychological drama). My fave classic is Carrie, Scream 1, and The Silence of The Lamb. Love Hereditary but one that left me very disturbed and very sad. The Babysitter is a comedy horror that I didn't realize I would be so entertained by it. And I'm so glad to see The Haunting on your list!! I was obsessed with that movie when I was young. There's always something that attracts me to a mansion-like house in horror movies!
I wish I had started these sooner so I could've decanted these your way! I was initially scared about their gel cleanser and tonic, but I was so surprised once I tried it. I simply adore Eclipse. Me too! I'm wondering what her new City formulation will be like! So happy to read that we share so many horror movie favorites! Carrie (the original) is so good. And Hereditary left me the same way. I thought about it and was sad for weeks, also afraid to look up at ceilings…haha! We were so surprised by The Babysitter too! The sequel that came out recently wasn't as good though. Yes! The Haunting! I watched it when I was young, and by myself, so I was afraid to go to sleep for a bit. The Haunting was my original mansion horror movie. Love mansions in horror films!
